Our History
KMH Solutions was founded by Keith Hoge, a mechanical engineer with a keen focus on business development. Armed with engineering and sales experience in various industries ranging from automotive, advanced carbon graphite materials, and electrical contacts, Keith entered the battery space in 2022, leading sales & marketing efforts for a New York-based cell manufacturing company. It was in this role that Keith witnessed firsthand the incredible activity that was unfolding throughout the battery value chain. Despite the turbulent economic conditions the market has faced in recent years, there has been consistent growth and good reason for optimism when it comes to the future of the North American battery market.
From cell manufacturing, Keith moved into the equipment side of the battery space. Leading the battery division of an industrial dehumidification equipment company, Keith was able to interact with other cell manufacturers, R&D firms, and universities that are rapidly expanding their cell production capabilities.
In 2025, Keith started KMH Solutions, a consulting firm that supports companies throughout the battery value chain, from energy storage manufacturers to battery manufacturing equipment providers. KMH Solutions is working tirelessly to contribute to the continued growth of the North American battery market and promote the creation of valuable relationships throughout the industry.
